Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products (PDF guides and similar downloadable material) purchased from vastu-mantra.com. Consultations and service engagements are governed by separately agreed terms.

Non-refundable once downloaded

Digital guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Once you have used your download link, the guide is considered delivered and is non-refundable. This is consistent with consumer-protection norms for digital goods in India and abroad: once a file has been transferred, it cannot meaningfully be returned.

When you are entitled to a full refund

You are entitled to a full refund, processed within five to seven business days to your original payment method, if any of the following apply:

  • The download link does not work and you have not yet been able to download the guide
  • The file delivered is corrupted, incomplete, or different from what was described on the product page
  • You were charged but no download link was sent and you raise the issue within seven days of purchase

To request a refund in any of these cases, write to vartika@vastu-mantra.com with your order ID (it appears on the receipt email). Include a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within one business day.

What is not refundable

  • "Changed my mind" requests after a successful download
  • Disagreement with the content of the guide after reading it
  • Loss of access because download links have expired (links remain valid for 24 hours and allow up to three downloads per purchase; we are happy to reissue a fresh link on request, at no charge)

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Most refunds reflect in your account within five to seven business days. UPI refunds are usually faster (often within 48 hours). Credit-card and net-banking refunds can take up to ten business days depending on the issuing bank.

If you have a complaint

If a refund request is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the grievance officer at vartika@vastu-mantra.com. We are committed to a fair, prompt, and personal resolution.
